In phase one, we usually have a half day booked in for the discovery day and a further full day to record the podcast pilot and create other assets.
In phase two, your main job is the "talking." We handle the strategy, technical setup, editing, and distribution. Usually, this requires just 2–4 hours of your time per month (depending on how many episodes you require) for recording and 30-60 minutes per preproduction meeting, while we manage the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
